Certified Nursing Assistants or Home Care Aides?
Many families start their search looking for certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to help a loved one at home. For in-home care, California requires caregivers to be Registered Home Care Aides, and that’s who we send. Our aides provide the same hands-on help families expect, like bathing, dressing, mobility, and daily routines, with a nurse on call 24/7 for support.
Registered Home Care Aides
Our caregivers are registered with the State of California as Home Care Aides. They are background checked and fingerprinted through the Department of Justice, TB tested, and receive ongoing training.
Our caregivers can assist with:

• Dressing and grooming
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility and transfers
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Shopping and errands
• Transportation
• Medication reminders

Personalized Care at Home
Every client’s needs are different. We work with each client to develop a personalized care plan and match them with an experienced caregiver based on their needs, schedule, and preferences.
Care can be provided from a minimum of four hours per visit to 24-hour care. A nurse is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for additional support.

Experienced In Home Care is a California-licensed Home Care Organization. Our caregivers are employees of our agency and are covered by workers’ compensation.
