Licensed Vocational Nurse Home Care Services
Experienced In Home Care can arrange licensed vocational nurse home care for clients who need extra nursing support at home. LVN visits are provided by independent licensed nurses who contract with Experienced In Home Care, and can be coordinated alongside care from our Registered Home Care Aides.
What Licensed Vocational Nurse Home Care Includes
The LVN can assist with medication management services, including:
• Medication review and organization.
• Setting up medication boxes
• Medication reminders and education
• Monitoring for medication changes
• Communicating medication concerns or changes as appropriate
• Coordinating with physicians, pharmacies, clients, and families when needed
• LVN visits can also include ostomy care at home
• Visits from a registered nurse can also be arranged.
Personalized Nursing Support
Every client’s needs are different. A nurse can evaluate the type of assistance needed and help coordinate appropriate services. Nursing support may be provided separately or alongside care from our Registered Home Care Aides.
Home Care With Nurse Oversight
Experienced In Home Care provides personal care, companionship, meal preparation, transportation, shopping and errands, medication reminders, and assistance with activities of daily living. A nurse is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for additional support.
